House rules
House rules
Short and without the legalese: how we play here, so it stays safe and pleasant for everyone. By entering the venue or making a booking you accept these rules. Effective from 1 October 2026.
Opening hours and the neighbours §
We are open daily from 09:00 to 22:00. The last booking starts at 21:00 and all bookings finish by 22:00 at the latest.
We are in a residential building. Please arrive and leave quietly, especially after 21:00.
Safety in the bay §
Only one person stands in the hitting area at a time. Everyone else stays behind the safety line or seated.
Every shot goes into the screen. No running starts, trick shots, sideways or backward swings, and no throwing balls – the simulator and the screen are expensive, and a swing can surprise you.
Play with the balls and tees we give you.
Please don’t touch the projectors, sensors or mounts. If something isn’t working, tell us and we’ll fix it.
Please follow the staff’s instructions. We may ask anyone whose behaviour endangers others to leave the bay.
Shoes and clubs §
On the turf in the bay we ask for clean indoor shoes or spikeless trainers.
Clubs, balls and tees are included. Your own clubs are welcome if they’re clean and suitable for indoor play. Decorative and antique clubs don’t belong in the bay.
Damage caused deliberately or through gross negligence is the responsibility of whoever caused it.
Bookings and timing §
Please come 5–10 minutes early so you get the full hour.
If you’re more than 20 minutes late we may release the bay. The booking still ends at its original time.
Play needs to stop 3 minutes before the next booking starts.
You can cancel or move a booking up to 6 hours before it starts. The amount comes back as credit on your account for your next booking. After that the system can’t do it – if something unexpected happens, write to us, we’re human.
The minimum booking is one hour. Slots are 30 minutes, so you can extend in half hours – if the next slot is free.
How many of you §
One bay takes up to five players. Four plays best – nobody is standing around and the hour goes quickly.
Your own coach is welcome, but counts toward the total number of people in the bay.
Children and under-18s §
Children are welcome with an adult. We have junior clubs from 100 cm tall, so a five-year-old can play – and Scrapyard or Party Putt are made for them.
Children under 15 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
After 20:00, anyone under 18 may only come in accompanied by an adult.
Food, drinks and alcohol §
Please don’t bring your own food or drinks – catering for events by arrangement is of course fine.
Food and drinks come to the table in your bay, to the lounge and to the seating area – never into the hitting area. No glassware or shots in the hitting area.
We serve alcohol only to people aged 18 and over, and staff may ask for ID.
Staff may refuse to serve alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated.
Smoking and prohibited items §
No smoking indoors – that includes vapes, e-cigarettes and IQOS. Outside, please stand away from the entrance.
Weapons, fireworks and hazardous materials don’t belong on the premises.
Cameras, lost and found §
The premises are monitored by CCTV for safety and the protection of property. The details of that processing are in our Privacy notice.
We’re not responsible for personal belongings. Lost items are logged and kept for 30 days.
TrackMan and your data §
You can log into your own TrackMan account and save your statistics. TrackMan then processes those under their terms, not ours.
There are courses, a driving range with swing analysis, and games.
Events and membership §
Parties, corporate events and groups are arranged individually. For booked golf hours we reserve the right to ask for a deposit.
The host of an event is responsible for their guests’ conduct and for any damage.
Outside catering or decorations can be used by prior arrangement.
Par, Birdie and Eagle membership brings a discount and a longer booking window. The standard rules apply to members too.
Help and emergencies §
If you need help with anything, tell us. There’s a first-aid kit on site.
Please report any injury or spill straight away.
In an emergency, follow the staff’s instructions and leave the premises.
Respect §
Mulligan is for everyone. We don’t tolerate harassment, discrimination, aggressive behaviour or abuse; it leads to immediate removal and may lead to a permanent ban or to the police being called.
Changes and contact §
We may update these rules from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
