Who processes your data §
The controller is Mulligan Bar s.r.o., company number 21812021, Dudova 2585/2, 120 00 Prague 2. Write to us at info@mulligan.bar.
Bookings §
To book a bay we need a name, an email and a phone number. We process them to fulfil the booking, and after that for accounting.
The booking system is operated for us by Your Golf Booking (Trackman A/S) as a processor.
Email news §
If you sign up for news, we process your email address on the basis of your consent until you unsubscribe. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe.
Sending is handled for us by HubSpot as a processor.
Event enquiries §
When you write through the form or by email, we process your contact details and whatever you tell us, so that we can answer and prepare the event.
We don’t use enquiry contacts for the newsletter unless you sign up for it separately.
Payments at the bar §
Payments at the bar are handled by the Storyous till and a payment provider; we never see your card details.
CCTV on the premises §
The premises at Toyen 3410/5 are monitored by a recording CCTV system. The controller is Mulligan Bar s.r.o. – we run the system ourselves, not the building management. The purpose is the protection of property and the safety of people: preventing and documenting theft, damage to equipment or an altercation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Only image is recorded, never audio. The toilets, the changing room and the staff areas are not filmed. The cameras are not used to monitor employees’ work performance.
We keep the recording for 7 days, after which it is automatically overwritten. It is secured and only the company’s director can access it. We hand a recording to a third party only at the request of law-enforcement authorities or an insurer dealing with a specific incident, and we log every such export. If you want to ask for access to footage of yourself, please get in touch within 7 days of your visit – after that we no longer have it.
You can ask for information about, and access to, footage of yourself. We will verify your identity and provide a crop with third parties obscured where that is technically possible. Write to info@mulligan.bar or ask for the director.
The TrackMan cameras that capture your swing are not part of this CCTV system. If you are signed in to your own TrackMan account, TrackMan processes that footage under their terms.
How long we keep it §
Booking and payment data for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. Event enquiries for as long as it takes to handle them and a reasonable period after.
Your rights §
You have the right to know what we process about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to object to it, and to receive your data in a machine-readable form.
