What people ask

What if we stay longer?

You pay the difference from the price list at the bar. The voucher covers one hour.

And if we play at a cheaper time?

The voucher is for an hour, not for an amount – on a Monday morning it buys the same hour as a Friday night. We do not refund the difference and any unused part of the code is spent with it, so book ninety minutes or a peak slot to get the most from it.

How is the code redeemed?

Enter it at the payment step of the booking. If you walk in without one, we apply it at the bar.

Can it be combined with a discount?

Yes. Member and bar discounts apply as usual; the voucher covers the hour in the bay.

Can you post it?

Not the paper one, but the electronic credit goes by email straight away. Paper vouchers are collected at the bar, even the week before Christmas.
