Terms & conditions
Short, and without the legalese, how things work here. In effect from 1 October 2026.
Who we are §

Booking §
Book a bay online through our booking system or at the bar.
The price is per bay per hour at the published rates, not per person. A bay takes up to five players. The minimum booking is 60 minutes; slots are 30 minutes, so play can be extended in half hours if the next slot is free.
Clubs, balls and tees are included, as is a short intro from our staff on a first visit.
You don’t need a booking to come to the bar for a drink.
Payment §
Bookings are paid when made, in the booking system; anything from the bar is paid on the spot.
Membership discounts and gift vouchers are applied at checkout.
The booking system charges a 13 CZK transaction fee for paying online. It is not our charge, and there is none when you pay at the bar.
Changing or cancelling a booking §
You can cancel or move a booking up to 6 hours before it starts. The amount returns as credit on your account and can be used for another booking.
After that the system won’t allow it. If something unexpected comes up, write to us – we’re people.
Gift vouchers and credit §
A paper voucher is good for one hour in a bay for one to five players, at any time we’re open, for 12 months from purchase. It’s redeemed with the code on the voucher.
The voucher buys an hour, not an amount. Play at a cheaper time and the difference isn’t refunded; stay longer and you pay the difference at the published rates.
Electronic gift credit has a value in CZK, is spent in parts, works on the bay and at the bar, and combines with a membership discount.
Neither vouchers nor credit are exchangeable for cash.
Par, Birdie and Eagle membership §
Membership isn’t bought – it comes from turning up. We count visit-days in the season from 1 October to 30 September.

Bag storage §
Bag storage is a separate paid service, not part of membership. There are 15 places and the season runs October to March.
Prices per season: non-members 4,000 CZK, Par 3,500, Birdie 3,000. An Eagle member gets one place free where capacity allows; a second place costs 2,500 CZK. The free place is not an entitlement – capacity and the order in which guests sign up decide it.
We are liable for stored equipment to the extent set by law. For valuable equipment we recommend your own insurance.
House rules §
Clean shoes, please – trainers are ideal. There is no dress code.
Please follow our staff’s instructions, especially in the bay. The simulator and the screen are expensive, and a swing can surprise you.
We do not serve alcohol to anyone under 18, and our staff may decline to serve alcohol.
Damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence is the responsibility of whoever caused it.
Intellectual property §
The Mulligan logotype (no. 409547) and the M monogram (no. 409546) are figurative trademarks registered with the Czech Industrial Property Office; EU applications are filed. Please do not use them without our written consent – not altered, and not in a way that suggests a partnership we do not have.
The texts and photographs on this site are ours or used with the author’s permission. For commercial use, write to us first.
TRACKMAN® and the Tracer Logo are registered trademarks of Trackman A/S. The course and game images come from their media kit and are used with permission.
Guest photographs are published with their authors’ permission, and the copyright in them stays with the authors.
You are welcome to photograph and film your own visit, and we would like to see it – just be considerate of the other guests in the room.
Complaints and disputes §
Not happy with something? Write to info@mulligan.bar or tell us in person. We’ll sort it out.
Consumers have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution. The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, www.coi.cz.
Changes to these terms §
We may change these terms. Bookings already made and vouchers already issued are governed by the terms in effect when they were created.
