House Rules
1) General
Hours: 09:00–22:00 daily.
Last tee-off: bookings must end by 22:00 to respect neighbors.
Residential location: Please keep noise down when arriving/leaving.
Prices: Services are governed by the current price list available at the bar and online.
Agreement: By booking or entering, you accept these rules.
2) Simulator Safety & Etiquette
One swinger rule: Only one person in the hitting zone beyond the safety line. Others stay behind or seated.
Directed shots only: All swings toward the screen. No “running starts,” trick shots, sideways/behind swings, or ball throwing.
House balls & tees: Use only Mulligan balls and tees (clean, unmarked). Personal balls/tees are not permitted.
Clubs: Clean clubfaces only. Use clubs properly and return in the same condition. Antique clubs are display-only.
Footwear: Clean indoor shoes or spikeless sneakers only. No spikes, heels, or dirty soles on turf.
Food & drinks: No food in bays. Drinks only in the lounge or on seating-area tables.
Care of equipment: Do not touch projectors/sensors/mounts. If anything seems off, call staff—don’t attempt fixes.
Orientation: First-time users may request a 3–5 minute intro. Learning time is part of the booked session.
Conduct: No horseplay or reckless behavior. Be mindful of others’ safety and focus.
3) Bookings, Timing & Cancellations
Booking: Reserve via YourGolfBooking (payment taken at booking). Walk-ins welcome subject to availability.
Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 min early for check-in, shoe change, and setup.
Grace & release: If you are 20+ minutes late, we may release your bay. Your session still ends at the scheduled time.
Cancellation: 24-hour cancellation window for refunds/reschedule. Late cancellation/no-show = forfeited session.
Extensions: Possible only if the next slot is free; billed in 30-minute increments at current rates.
All sales final once play starts.
4) Group Play, Coaches & Minors
Capacity: Max 5 people per bay (players + guests + coach). 4 players recommended for pace.
Coaches: Personal coaches are welcome and count toward headcount. Coaching must not disturb other guests.
Minors: Under 15 must be actively supervised by a responsible adult. After 20:00, under-18s only with a responsible adult.
5) Food, Drinks & Alcohol
On-premise only: No outside food or beverages.
Alcohol: Served 18+ only; ID may be required. We may refuse service if intoxication is observed.
Service near bays: No glassware or shots in bays.
Last call: Typically 21:30 (subject to operations and local rules). Please drink responsibly.
6) Smoking, Vaping & Prohibited Items
No smoking or vaping indoors. If smoking outside, please do so away from the entrance.
Prohibited: Weapons, fireworks, hazardous materials, or any item posing safety risk.
7) Security, Privacy & Lost Property
CCTV: Premises are monitored for safety and security. Footage retained for a limited period and shared only as required by law. For privacy inquiries, contact info@mulligan.bar.
Personal items: We’re not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
Lost & found: Items are logged and held for 30 days.
8) Equipment Use, Damage & Holds
Included gear: Rental includes balls, tees, and in-house club sets (men’s, women’s, left-handed).
Own clubs: Allowed if clean and safe for indoor use.
Damage: You are liable for damage caused by misuse or rule violations (e.g., marked balls staining screens, spills on electronics).
9) Trackman, Data & Games
Profiles: You may log into your Trackman account to save stats/history. Data is processed by Trackman per their terms.
Modes: Choose from course play, practice, and fun games/challenges.
10) Private Events & Membership
Private events: Available for companies, birthdays, and groups. Typical terms: 30% deposit, optional minimum spend, and tiered cancellation. Hosts are responsible for guest conduct, damages, and noise control. Outside catering/decor requires prior approval (no confetti/adhesives; décor must protect finishes).
Membership: Planned benefits include monthly hours, discounts, and priority booking. Standard house rules apply to members.
11) Accessibility, First Aid & Emergencies
Accessibility: If you need assistance (mobility, setup, or otherwise), please let staff know—we’re happy to help.
First aid: Basic first-aid kit on site; report any injury or spill immediately.
Emergencies: Follow staff instructions to exits; do not delay evacuations to collect belongings.
12) Respect & Zero-Tolerance
Mulligan Bar is an inclusive, friendly venue. Harassment, discrimination, threats, or abuse of staff/guests will result in immediate removal and may lead to bans or police involvement.
